Early Literacy & Multisensory Tutor
B.A. Early Childhood Education • Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher (SLCT)
Bianca brings early childhood expertise, warmth, and hands-on instruction to young learners.
My name is Bianca Bonessi, and I'm thrilled to be joining the RightMinds Tutoring team!
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Early Care and Education and a minor in Coaching from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. I am a certified teacher with 11 years of experience teaching VPK in Brevard County, and I've also provided after-school tutoring for children ages 3 to 12.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have completed DCF (Department of Children and Families) training, which equips me with a strong foundation in child development, safety, and well-being. I also earned a Microcredential in Early Literacy, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based, specialized instruction for young learners. To further support my students, I actively pursue professional development in Multisensory Structured Literacy instruction, ensuring that I bring the latest research-backed strategies to every tutoring session. These approaches enable me to create a learning experience that is engaging, hands-on, and accessible for students with diverse learning profiles.
Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Florida in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the community here. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I'm passionate about kayaking, playing hockey, and anything that allows me to be outdoors. I also extend my passion for coaching into the community and at my local elementary school, where I work with young athletes.
I am excited to continue this journey with RightMinds Tutoring and am dedicated to helping children build confidence, discover their strengths, and reach their full potential.
