Jeffrey King

Hi, I’m Jeffrey, and I’m excited to be returning to the field of education with a renewed passion for helping students build confidence and achieve success. I hold a Master of Science in Special Education from The College of Saint Rose and recently completed my Level 1 Structured Literacy certification.

This training has strengthened my ability to support students with diverse learning needs, especially those who benefit from explicit, evidence-based reading instruction.

As an experienced educator, I enjoy working with children of all ages and embrace the unique opportunity to help each student meet—and exceed—their individual goals. I believe every child is a success story waiting to unfold, and I strive to create a learning environment where students feel capable, supported, and encouraged.

Whether I’m working one-on-one or with a small group, I provide clear instruction, consistent routines, and a patient, positive approach that helps students develop both skills and confidence.

I look forward to partnering with families to help children grow academically, build self-confidence, and reach meaningful milestones. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, reading, and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
